EMDR and perinatal mental health training for clinicians across Australia.

Jacinta is one of a small number of EMDRAA Accredited EMDR Trainers in Australia, currently offering training that integrates EMDR and perinatal mental health. Level 1 and Level 2 training is available in person through Psychology Training, with Advanced EMDR and Perinatal training available on demand.

On-demand EMDR and perinatal training

For clinicians who have completed at least Level 1 EMDR training and want to go further.

These on-demand workshops are built around 14+ years of clinical experience in EMDR and perinatal mental health. Each one is practical, evidence-based, and designed to bridge the gap between theory and real clinical work.

Topics include the application of EMDR across the perinatal period, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth trauma, perinatal grief and loss, and postnatal adjustment issues, explored through an attachment and dyadic-informed lens.

You will come away with stronger case conceptualisation, clearer clinical decision-making, and practical tools you can use with clients immediately. Available soon via Thinkific.

Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR training

EMDR Basic Training (Level 1) and Advanced Training (Level 2) are delivered nationally through Psychology Training.

Jacinta is one of the accredited trainers on the programme, though not every workshop is facilitated by her directly.

To view upcoming dates and register, visit the Psychology Training website and check the listed trainer for your preferred workshop.
